Dinosaur Museum Infographics
This project explores the design of educational dinosaur infographics inspired by the classic encyclopedia-style books I grew up reading. Those early references filled with labeled diagrams, structured layouts, and concise blocks of information-shaped both the visual language and intent behind my work. I wanted to recreate that same sense of curiosity and clarity, while updating it for a modern museum context.
The process began with studying traditional print encyclopedias and reference books, paying close attention to how they balanced imagery, typography, and information hierarchy. I then translated those principles into a digital format, designing layouts that prioritize readability and visual flow. Each infographic combines bold titles, short explanatory sections, and simple iconography to guide the viewer’s attention without overwhelming them.
Ultimately, these infographics are designed with museum display in mind. Whether viewed on a kiosk or as a printed panel, they aim to be engaging, informative, and easy to navigate in a public setting. The project bridges nostalgia and modern design, transforming the educational experiences that inspired me as a child into something interactive and relevant for today’s audiences.
